"Pros: The apartment is wonderful, we felt at home. Excellent facilities, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We were given two sets of keys and a private parking space. At first I was afraid it would be cold, but we had two portable heaters at our disposal, which were fine. It was very clean. A wonderful balcony with a good view of the sea and an additional exit to the sun terrace. We were there in February and you could spend the whole day in the sun on the roof at a comfortable temperature. Cons: We were there in winter and unfortunately there were no flowers on the roof, but that's an understandable detail. The blinds in the bedrooms were broken and the shower didn't drain very well. "Pros: Ramón and his family greeted me very nicely (while doing the finishing touches); the apartment is right on the beach, affording sea views from the bed (which is how I found this stay). The apartment is nicely decorated and robustly fitted; the kitchen exceeded my expectations with everything working well (although the new fridge should have its door reversed, Ramón!), tools, pots, (new) pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, enough for a family stay. The apartment is clearly set up for families,with its three nice bedrooms, two baths, ample seating inside and on the big balcony, utensils in the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. - it felt a bit too big for me as one person on a childhood-revival quest ;-) The apartment is nicely decorated, too, just like you're stepping into a family home. Cons: The "master bathroom" needs some remodeling, or at least some way of not splashing the entire room when showering (shower is very small and has no door/curtain). With the cold floors in early April I missed a rug in front of the bed." ~Elmar
