"Pros: Very beautiful compound, well maintained, beautiful garden and flower arrangement. The playground is in a good condition. The food was fine; but we realized that for us breakfast would have been sufficient; as you don’t experience the canary island food if you eat at the buffet every evening Cons: Customer service was not really present; very rude reception; at check out no one asked if we liked the Stay. Room cleaning is done in 5 mins; bedsheets were not changed and mattress was very dirty. Everything is charged extra (Gym), deposit for towels. The beach in front of the hotel not suitable for kids (you have to walk a bit to reach a stone free beach). No lunch options at the hotel if you’re on Half Board" ~Camilla
