"Pros: The apartment is very nice and comfortable, well suited, everything that you need is there Cons: The walls are extremely thin, and everything can be heard. We arrived during the night, and we spoke for 30 min, and people from another apartment immediately complained. It is not possible to lock the balcony window. The knives are pretty blunt :-) But I believe that it can be repaired, knives as well as the balcony window ;-)" ~Gabriela

"Pros: Well located within walking distance of Sants and many other destinations if you like walking. Metro 7 min walk. Check-in a bit late, 17.00, I had to wait an hour and half when there ate no keys ,access via mobile and code, could have been set for 16.00 or 15.00 as there was no one there. Spacious but second room small ,two single beds. Kitchen great. Be careful of the shower there is a slight step that is a bit dangerous when wet but fine once you know. Hot water great but very hot. Only real complaint was the blind in the main bedroom was broken, was on a shelf when I arrived, meant the street light shone in at night and sun was in earlier. Good for family with two kids, bit pricey for one person but good overall." ~Paul

"Pros: 1-the location is good, next to restaurants, gyms, pharmacies and many things 2- all kitchen equipment available with a microwave and washing machine. 3- there are two toilets in the apartment. Cons: 1- the mattress/bed and pillows are not comfortable at all, and need to be change. The king bed is supposed to be one big mattress but unfortunately it’s two singles joints together, so can sleep in the middle and it’s not comfortable. Pillows are too small and thin, so you need to put three on top of each other. 2- need a TV in the bed room. 3- the apartment so noisy in the night with a high music outside, you can’t sleep early and the music keep going to midnight. 4- Need an isolation to the walls to prevent the noise and also the cold/ hot weather, because the apartment is so cold in these days, so what will happen in the summer days!!! extremely hot. 5- need more shampoo and shower gels if the duration more than a week. 6- customer service (whatsup chat) should extend their working hours to 10:00 pm not only to 6:00 pm, the flight may get delays and there is no response in whatsup chat after 6:00 pm." ~Mohammad
