Cons: The bathroom stunk upon arrival and during the stay due to the plumbing. The bottom of the shower had mold all around. There was no blind/pull down shade over the bathroom window." ~Rita

"Pros: We enjoyed the central location of this apartment, close to some main attractions in Barcelona, either walkable or by metro. We also enjoyed the bathroom and half bath, as we were two couples traveling together. The balcony in the master bedroom is very cute! We appreciate the air conditioning :D Cons: We had some check-in time confusion as we had not confirmed the new time we requested with the host. However they responded quickly and sent someone over despite the miscommunication early, and we were able to check-in at our requested time." ~Hansel

"Pros: Things we loved about this property. All areas were very clean and Linens were fresh white and clean, beds comfortable. The ability to get a cross breeze to cool and refresh the unit during our evenings was great. They had two nice floor fans that could be moved around. No Air conditioning unit we could find and don't know why it was mentioned in the listing. They had a boxed up unit but would not have managed a bedroom let alone the apartment. The shower leaks no mater how very careful you are so towels were used to help with the water coming into the bathroom floor at a pretty high level. I fell at the beach our last day and could not hold the shower head as no holder spot and you have to hand hold and wash up with one hand.? so odd. and had to have my husband help me wash my hair. Daniel the host was great with the most beautiful smile. He helped us with a couple of booking issues that were required and missed when we reserved our space very last minute. Thank you so much we really had a wonderful time in Barcelona. We had been to 5 Countries and truly appreciated the Hospitality, clean city and most of all friendliness of the Merchants and taxi professionals. FYI have a few Euro's just in case as some drives did not take credit cards but most did. Cons: The address was a bit confusing and a bit hard to find even thought it was pinged on Google Would recommend clearer directions. Fix the mold under the stove, maybe a coffee maker, fix the water leakage problem in the shower. The unit was very clean but did have a mold odor as behind the range is some very needed attention, you could smell it when you opened the drawers for utensils" ~Reeves-kempf

"Pros: We really liked the place. The apartment is spacious and it has everything you need. Location was the best. Metro lines and bus station are close. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
