"Pros: Lovely comfortable beds, had everything we needed in the property Cons: The garden area was all overgrown and unfortunately the cleaning was not as we would have expected. Cobwebs and a lot of dead bugs in corner areas (which my toddler was drawn to)" ~Emma

"Pros: Pleasant, well appointed, modern apartment with a good view. Cons: 1: Keys not available on site as promised, had to drive 25 miles to collect. 2: Hot water not working, ran out after 2 days. Very complex system struggled to overcome flashing fault indication. 3: No Wifi although shown on booking.com facilities list - absolute pain. 4: All electric went off 9pm Tuesday, had to contact agent next day for help. Spent night in dark no hot drinks, nothing. Got it back on, but it went off 5 more times in next 2 days. 5: Agent instructions to return keys to office 25 miles away or pay €60 fine - refused and left in apartment on leaving. HOLIDAY WAS DISASTER - DEMAND FULL REFUND." ~Roger
