"Pros: Clean and spacious room. Clean towels and water every day was appreciated. We were able to do laundry (a lot of it!), which was great. Would be nice if they sold laundry detergent though. We enjoyed our stay. Cons: We had little (but friendly) contact with the front desk staff and by chance we ran into one on the street asking where we could do laundry. He told us there was a free washer in the 6th floor. It would be nice if upon check-in they could let you know about the facilities offered or at least have a sign at the front desk." ~Alexondra
