"Pros: Overall very clean and well kept. Stayed there two weeks and there are good restaurants nearby and also a 7/11. Rooms are well-equipped with high quality toiletries and nice pineapple soda replenished daily. Free laundry floor and gym available although I didn’t use it. Taxis also park right outside so it is convenient to get one. Never had to wait. Easiest check-in process I have ever seen. That was great! Cons: Too hot in the room and the AC controls are only in Korean. Not very user friendly. The safe was not made available by default, had to ask and wait one whole day. Improvements can be made there but the staff tried their best to help. Bathroom could use a shower curtain, I don’t like water everywhere in the bathroom when showering although there is a drain. Finally, room is missing glasses are basic cutlery to eat or stir drinks although cups are provided." ~Venceslas
