"Pros: The Receptionist went all out to make sure that all is in order, very friendly with good customer service. The Room (no. 3) was big enough and well decorated for the birthday with almost everything one can need. The establishment has a generator backup in case of load shedding. The establishment also have the Spar or Massage Palour with wonderful people rendering very professional service. The Dinner and Breakfast were great and very affordable. Cons: The fact that they have kettle but they don't supply Tea/ Coffee staff for clients , at least they can mention that on the booking so that one can bring them. The shower is big and nice but no door, so at least supply the mob so that we can clean after taking the shower. One most important thing in the shower is soap tray or anything where one can put in a soup while taking a shower. The light in Room 3 not lighting during the generator backup, at least then have emergency light for incase of load shedding." ~Isaac
