"Pros: The place was stunning. The views amazing . Cons: Stayed in many places but never known only one toilet roll for 3 bathrooms . For the price you paying at the very least put one toilet roll in each bathroom . Check out is way too early when you have to also clean before you leave ? "Pros: location Cons: Suggestions, 1. pls mount tv onto the wall so guests aren’t on the edge when kids are playing in the lounge ;-) 2. pls look at repairing the couches, they are sunken and my elderly guests couldn’t sit on them. 3. pls make candles and backup lights available for load-shedding 4. kindly change light bulbs to brighter higher watts, the unit felt rather dark with the many overcast days 5. please service aircons 6. clean/maintain balcony roof as the residue falls onto table when in use. 7. please keep 2 brooms, one for indoor & one for outdoor 8. try to include daily servicing of unit into rate as it’s easier when we are on holiday and just want to rest with kids ;-) 9. pls replace light bulbs on extractor, with the dim kitchen lights, it was difficult to see the stove plates." ~Leuven

"Pros: The flat was clean, neat with beautiful views. Will definitely book again. Enjoyed our stay here. I can't comment on the use of equipment at the facility as we only used the fridge and kettle. But this facility has a washing machine and dryer for convenience and is fully equipped. Its also safe as there is security fencing and remote gate to the property. Cons: The owner must consider investing in an aircon. The main bedroom had a small rusty and dusty fan that did not cope with the heat in summer. Maybe put in a ceiling fan in the main bedroom if an aircon is not possible. Also there was no mirror in the main bedroom and it made it difficult for me to apply my makeup. Mirrors in the main bedroom is something that the owner should consider. The mirrors in the other rooms were for deco purposes above the beds so were not practical to use for dressing." ~Asthera
