"Pros: Fantastic property with every amenity you can possibly need. Great location, rooms and facilities. Cons: The rental / managing agents were probably the worst we have come across in our 30 years of traveling. Ignored our request for a slightly later check out. Ignored the fact that checkout as per Booking.com was up to 11am. Cleaners kicked us out at 10am - my 75 year mother still half dressed and in tears - whilst being rude. Completely ruined a wonderful family weekend that we only get the chance to do once a year" ~Emile
