"Pros: Staff were exceptional. Transport, apart from airport pick up, was excellent on many trips. On time, safe drivers, Max and Siswe. Was close to the venue we were attending. Food was good. Cons: Mix up with pickup at airport resulted in us waiting an extra 40 minutes, and our group being split up. Pillows way too hard for our personal preference. Shower floor needs a good scrub. Very slippery. Shower mat wouldn't unroll it was so brittle, but problem sorted with a towel." ~Alison
