"Pros: upon arrival at the property (Johannesburg Airport Hostel), I was informed that they had no record of my reservation and rarely utilized Booking.com for guest bookings. This resulted in them being unable to accommodate me. Due to this unforeseen situation, I was forced to make immediate alternative arrangements, as detailed in the initial email I sent you. Additional Inconvenience: To my further frustration, upon arriving at the alternative accommodation (Platinum Guest Inn), I was informed that the establishment has been out of business for some time and is no longer accepting guests. Disappointment and Concern: This situation was deeply inconvenient and caused considerable frustration. My primary concern is that Booking.com continues to list a property that is no longer operating, potentially causing similar issues for other customers.
