"Pros: The place was very comfortable, neat and tidy. The facilities were great. I liked all the lovely appliances and the aircon downstairs. I appreciated the inverter since we had experienced load shedding. Cons: The aircon upstairs was really bad and quite insufferable. The temperature was just unbearable no matter how low it was set. It never cooled. Sleeping was difficult because it was humid. I was disappointed that my day visitor was not allowed. The general shower shelves were inaccessible as they were fixed at a position that no normal sized human could reach; maybe only Hagrid could've accessed them. It also lacked a fan for cooling the bathroom." ~Sumaiya
