The girl who welcomed us said to wait 20 seconds and the channels would appear. Only after almost 30 minutes and after we turned the TV on and off several times, the TV channels appeared. We stayed in the apartment for 5 days and that problem with the TV was very irritating. Only on Sunday, after the channels wouldn't load for hours, did we decide to go for help but there was no one at the reception. The Wi-Fi connection was also disastrous. Maybe the worst in the last 10-20 years that there has been a Wi-Fi connection. The mattress was too hard. Now, the reason I gave it a 7 and not an 8 is this: on Friday I fell while running and scratched myself quite a bit and injured myself. I got to the girl's reception and asked her if she had any disinfectant to clean the scratches. The girl hardly noticed me, it was more important for her to give out an electric bicycle to some customers, and she hardly even looked at me. At the end, she told me that she had first aid, but that it was only for their use and that she could not help me. Well, thank you!
