"Pros: Not our first time in Terme Olimia, we just love this place. At first sight, apartment location is good but everything is close there, so no extra value in it. Access to Termalija Family Fun is provided. Reception services is provided by hotel Rosa and it is really good. Cons: Not so clean apartment, toilet was even smelly. Hidden cost in place. Host didn't provide any information under property description but under about the host area (we get this info later). Day before arrival, we got information that bed linen has to be additonaly paid, cleaning of apartment, towels and bidden as well and some reception services (to gather and report local city tax). As we were already on the road, we didnt have any other option but to accept it. We also had issue with the heating on our last night as well. Host is providing limited feedback and avoiding answers, while reception is trying to help but their options are also limited." ~Sasa
