"Pros: It's located on the very first line to the sea! Very nice. Just 5-7 minutes on foot to the center square. Interesting apartment, pretty big one. The kitchen has everything you need (except maybe salt). They have a washing machine and detergent which was convenient. By car you may enter this street only for 15 minutes, and then you must go to the paid parking. I recommend "Garage Arze", it's cheaper and not that much farther. Cons: It's a little damp atmosphere and smell inside. It the middle of April we wanted to make it warmer and dryer. So we've used the heater in the bathroom to warm up kitchen a little.
