"Pros: We were welcomed warmly, with drinks, home-made brownies and a thorough tour of the house and yard. The peace, quiet and views are amazing! The house has a big yard that has several areas to hang-out and enjoy the outside and well-maintained grounds. Cons: The house doesn’t have a/c The location isn’t as indicated in the booking listing. Payment didn’t go as per payment terms stated on booking.com due to a recent policy change enforced by the owner. This lead to a very unpleasant and confusing situation, which was eventually solved. This could have easily been prevented by communicating clearly who is handling the payment and how the outstanding amount needs to be collected." ~Ferry
