Stylish Loft In The Hearth Of Historic Centre

"Pros: Lan allowed me to check in an hour earlier. Communication was good since booking was made until the day.
The location is excellent. Close to the city centre and old town. Easy to find restaurants and cafes.
Cons: I was given the wrong information on which apartment to use. I basically was trying to open someone's else door for 10 minutes and woke the man staying inside. I was carrying all my bags and had to go back down through the staircase. Luckily Lan clarified the issue within 10 minutes.
The space I used was very small, it was okay for one person. I had to bend down so much just to do normal things. Although there was a kitchen, it was impossible to cook due to the low ceiling.
The low ceiling applied to the toilet. I can't stand up to use the toilet at all.
The absolute WORST thing was the smell from the sewage or drainage. I had to endure the whole stay in that smell. I hope it wasn't toxic."

"Pros: Lovely staff! I told them it was my wife's birthday and they brought her a little chocolate cake!
Breakfast had many vegetarian options. Views over the city were incredible.
Cons: Spa was lovely, but it is a but weird having to book a slot to go swimming. Small pool, big hotel!"

"Pros: Everything. It is an historical hotel at the best location in Ljubljana with excellent facilities, elegant and charming. We had a large room with street view, clear, clean, a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a very good walk-in shower. The restaurant serves excellent food at the best prices. The best is the staff, professional, kind, helpful. Special mention deserves Mr. Dejan Tomislav at the Reception Desk, very professional, kind and helpful, but also a very friendly person and very knowledgeable of everything I asked about the city. In my opinion, excellent at his position. I do recommend to stay in this hotel.
