"Pros: Me and my family had a wonderful stay and will definately be going back again. The apartment was spacious with beautiful views; the staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. Location was absolutely perfect and easy to park. The breakfast brought to our room every morning was the highlight of our day. We absolutely loved it!

"Pros: Food was good, staff we met were lovely. Not sure would rate hotel as 4*. Bedroom was very small. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was that it had a lift. However, we did not expect to go up a flight of stairs to room. Two of us have mobility problems. Balcony very small for a double room. Hotel was very cold - we asked reception if they could do anything about this? We were told that the heating was switched off because last week was warm - no offer of assistance.
