"Pros: Food was good, staff we met were lovely. Not sure would rate hotel as 4*. Bedroom was very small. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was that it had a lift. However, we did not expect to go up a flight of stairs to room. Two of us have mobility problems. Balcony very small for a double room. Hotel was very cold - we asked reception if they could do anything about this? We were told that the heating was switched off because last week was warm - no offer of assistance.
