"Pros: The apartment was close to the city center. Perfect location - on the top floor with scenery from the windows. Jacuzzi was a big plus and fun element, it worked, however at the beginning water was hot but in the end boiler got cold and jacuzzi's water got too cold to use. The owner was nice, helpful and friendly. Cons: Not locked WC doors. No bins for recycling material (paper, plastic, etc.). No elevator. Check-in experience - no signs of Villa Bozena on the house. We walked around and outside but couldn't find it. Then we called the host and received a code to open the key box. Check-out situation was the same - we needed to call in order to get a code to the key box (we forgot it). I recommend sending a message before arrival with instructions. There is a railroad near the house, but sound was not too bad." ~Goda

"Pros: This was our third stay here, and we would definately come back again. We had a smaller appartment the size was ok for two, it was clean, warm and well equiped. We could even see the mountains from our balcony. The staff are nice and helped us in any way. The location is good, restaurants, supermarket and skilifts are a few minutes walk but the location of the appartments i a quite place. The town is nice and calm. Perfect basis for skiing or hiking in the region. Cons: If I want to be picky this time our appartment faced to the parking lot, and the curtains were not fully blacked out." ~Luca
