"Pros: When we arrived our initial thought was - are we in the right place? The building is in the middle of a housing estate, but looks can be deceiving. It's the newest building, has designated Lawis car parks and the owner lives in the building too.
The apartment looks like new, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has all the things needed, it has a nice lounge area and the bathroom is excellent too.
Cons: No doubt this would be a great apartment to use during winter, as it's well insulated and warm inside, but in summer, as there is no air-conditioning, the only way to cool it is by opening windows. The downside is the building is close to the main road, so it's noisy and there's a risk of insects flying in.
The other thing the apartment desperately needs is real curtains that block out the light - the sun comes up at 5am during summer."
