"Pros: The location is in the center of old town Clean and secure Hot water works well Ok beds Cons: You could hear people on the other rooms, as well some drunk people on the streets, there where two tiles aside of the shower that moves when you step on them, just outside of the my room 215 there is drilled hole in the roof as well close to the elevator on the second floor, reception on the hotel Zlaty Dukat mention to call the owner of the room related the heating system since he need to be notified of using a portable heating system, the registration process had to be done in an external application(Slovak language) outside booking, had to do it standing on hlavna 26 (no reception here) the main location where I was indicated on booking app to go which was not the final address and I am waiting on receiving my official digital invoice that had to be done with external application outside booking." ~Jair
