"Pros: We were so happy to have stayed at this location in Hrabusice. It is only a few minutes walk from the first local bus stop in town. The host met us when we arrived by bus, and he was very kind and helpful. Our room - Standard Twin Room with Garden View - was clean and a fine size for the two of us with a large bathroom. There was also a stunning view of the mountains from our room. The kitchen was well stocked and good for cooking. There is a small grocery store just down the street, and an old bar and tasty ice cream stall is a brief walk away.
This location is also perfect to reach the trailhead for Prielom Hornádu. Take a right directly from the house, and then continue only twenty minutes straight down the country road until you reach the ticket booth, then continue straight down the blue trail (not over the bridge). We hiked to the town of Smižany so we didn't have to hike the yellow trail all the way back, and then took the bus back to town. Our host was kind to offer discounted €2 tickets into the national park.
We would definitely recommend this for couples, friends, and solo travelers.
