Cons: just one negative: it’s not really about the property but about the road to the property. there is a 500 meters unpaved road from main road till the property. make sure you have 4x4 in your car if you are going in winter months. there is steep uphill climb and it’s quite slippery. our car somehow managed to climb up as it had 4x4."
