"Pros: CocoVaa compiles the best of 2 worlds for the aviation lovers/plane spotters. One side of the property is airport front and the other side is beach front. For aviation lovers we struggle to decide which side to contemplate. No problems sleeping at night as there are no flights during the night. The location is 15 minutes walking distance to Maho beach and if you are driving it is reachable by a 2 way narrow road. The room was well decorated and had a beach front spacious balcony with chairs and a chaise longue, however the room needs some small renovation works (some remnants of tape on the ceiling, the sink did not have a drain protection - be careful not to drop an earring or a ring). The toilet seat needed to be replaced because it already had some stains and the towel holders also needed to be replaced because they were showing some wear and tear. The bed was comfortable. Very good Wi-Fi connection. Large parking available. Coffee, 2 water bottles, 2 coca-cola and 2 beers were offered inside the room and there was also a small bar/restaurant right next door with an airport view rooftop. Overall experience was great. Cons: Shower with low pressure and no hand shower. Additionally, there was no shower gel. The bottle was empty so we had to use the hand soap to take shower :(" ~Anonymous
