"Pros: We liked the self-contained chalet set-up, which allowed us complete flexibility regarding when and what we ate, and provided us with ample space to socialise as a family and a chance for each of us to find a quiet place to relax. The proximity to the beachfront and the absence of other properties nearby meant that it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The secure, off-street parking was a great plus. The friendliness, local knowledge and professionalism of the staff was a major highlight of our stay. Cons: As an active tourist, I would have liked the property to have kayaks or stand up paddle boards available for guests to use. Having said that, we found plenty of companies willing to rent these items, but it did mean having to leave the property and drive to alternative locations. In addition, I was able to swim every day in the ocean, but I would have liked the property to have had a freshwater pool." ~Timothy
