"Pros: Great location, very welcoming team, especially Anushka — so warm and helpful and kind, villa las Brisas was comfortable - two huge bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one small bedroom better for 1 person than 2. A few facilities issues (lightbulbs etc) were fixed right away. Visit the giant tortoises and give them a scratch under the chin and head - they love it ! Cons: Mattresses a little outdated, the manager (maybe his name is Peter?) may have a hearing problem or a listening problem but was quite rude on arrival when telling us where to park. I asked the same question 3 times and 3 times he didn’t answer the question but repeated the same thing rudely about an instruction that we didn’t need." ~Kate

"Pros: All the staff were lovely (excluding reception manager) especially in restaurants, did anything asked of them very quickly. Great location for Beau Vallon beach. Spacious room Breakfast had plenty of choices. Restaurants has lots of choice and food was tasty. Cons: Not enough sunbeds on beach and no management of removing towels. Some people would get there early morning reserving beds and not arrive until late afternoon. For the beds there were, there were not enough pads. A lot of beds broken and worn..Issue raised with reception manager was treated with derision and dismissed so he could prioritise the paying customers (we were!). Pre ordered breakfast for a trip and was not delivered. Drinks very expensive. Bed bugs present in the room." ~Louise
