"Pros: The island is a real paradise, getting there is worth the trouble. The staff is amazing, all our requests were addressed immediately. Wonderful place to go with the kids and explore the island on bikes. Kids club is also very nice. Cons: Nevertheless there is a few things that I didn't know before booking and it should be noted before you decide to go. 1. The wifi is very, very bad! I'd say the speed is like 15 years ago. Forget work, video calls, watching Netflix. Most of the apps and websites didn't work. Even my mailbox did not load! 2. Domestic flight. I had to pay around 6500 euro one way for private charter! The "default flight" departure was scheduled before my arrival so I had to book private charter. I expected the domestic flights to be as often and easy as on Maldives but no. Ask the staff for flight schedules before you book. 3. Consider that each room in villa is in separate building. So for my kids (5 and 7yo) it meat that they had to sleep away from parents and between the rooms there was a pool. No way to hear kids at night and we were afraid that one can fall into the pool if sleepwalking or looking for adults at night. Very unconvenient with small kids so we ended up having the kids sleep in the room with us or an adult sleep in the room with them. If I knew this I'd book smaller villa.
