"Pros: The unit was comfortable, decent space for two people. Looks exactly like the photos on the listing so I didn't take photos to share. The location was good, very easy to get back to the main road or to taxi around Saly. The host, Edward, was very responsive, any time we had questions he responded within a short time frame. He speaks English very well, which helped us greatly as we unfortunately don't speak French or Wolof. Super markets in close proximity, the mosquito net around the bed was a lifesaver! And the A/C units kept the temperature in the unit comfortable. They have access to US television channels as well if you plan to stay in and rest. Cons: The stove didn't work all the time, so while cooking breakfast we had to stop and wait for the stove eye to reset and start again. Slightly inconvenient, but for the most part, it worked ok. There were a few small bugs (roaches) in the kitchen area. I won't hold this against them as we stayed a few nights at a 5 start resort and they also had bugs, so I'm attributing this to the location being so close to wooded areas and water (the beach is pretty close behind the apartment complex and there appears to maybe be some water leading into the tree area as well).
