"Pros: The staff were AWESOME! Pani Halina in reception was attentive and very friendly. Our radiator needed minor repairs as it was on MAX without the possibility of turning it down. It was serviced on the same day and the problem was sorted. The room was very clean and the food in the restaurant was very good for the price. We enjoyed our massage and the staff should be praised. Cons: I didn't know that there would be no pool or sauna access until I arrived. The shower head in our room does not really fit the element its attached to making it difficult to position and this led to a lot of water leaving the shower area and partially flooding the bathroom. The broken shelf above the headboard should be reimagined, because the current solution isn't working. The "invisible mounting", while attractive, is never going to be strong enough for what guests are going to use the shelf for--pulling themselves out of bed and/or couples being intimate. I wanted a place to put my book, but the slope of the shelf made this risky." ~Extra
