"Pros: We stayed here on June 17, 2025, as a couple.
This is a private villa offering excellent value for the conditions provided.
It was fairly easy to find. To get access, we called the number provided — a friendly young man opened the gate and spoke excellent English.
Since there’s no formal reception, late-night check-in might be a bit challenging.
We had a small room on the top floor, but it came with a large terrace with a table and lounge chairs — a lovely spot with a nice view, where you can relax in the evening and feel like you're sitting in a little café under the stars.
Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, just like in a private home, but shared between a few rooms. There’s also a large dining table for 8–10 people. If you're traveling as a group, this setup is perfect — you don’t need to gather in individual rooms. Booking three rooms on the same floor, or even the whole villa, allows you to enjoy time together in a shared space.
The on-site parking area is quite spacious — I counted at least eight parking spots.
Everything is neat and pleasant.
A few things to keep in mind:
The place is great for groups, but if you're not part of one and happen to stay when a big group arrives, it might get noisy — especially in the shared areas.
I didn’t experience this myself, but the next morning I needed to stay a bit longer to do some work. All rooms were already booked for the day, so I asked if I could sit at a table on the terrace and leave as soon as the next guests arrived. I even offered to pay extra.
However, the woman on the phone (different from the man who checked us in) said she wasn't the owner and couldn't make that decision. She politely asked me to leave right away.
It would be great if a bit more flexibility could be shown in such borderline situations." ~Svitlana
