"Pros: I loved the availability of shuttle service to make movement throughout the resort very easy. The numerous swimming pools on the property and easy access to the beach were big pluses for me. I also liked how convenient it was to get to other places from the resort. My room was immaculately cleaned everyday. Cons: I think the check-in process could have provided guests with more information. I found out there was a welcome event on Monday evenings which I wasn't told about at check-in. Also basic info like how to access beach towels etc., although highlighted in the room magazine, could be pointed out. The bed in the room was too soft for me and also I was disappointed there was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room." ~Trudy
