"Pros: Location is great, across from the pool, short walk to the beach, and the village where all the restaurants are. The decor is nicely done in beachy blues. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need. The upper balcony is nice off one bedroom with a view of the water (could use more furniture). We asked them to set up balloons and prosecco for arrival, which they did for a fee
Cons: We didn't have the best experience the 1st night as both bedroom AC units leaked, alot, flooding the floors and bedside table. They were repaired quickly next day. Also I ended up with bites after the 1st night that I've since learned are highly likely to be from bed bugs. They swelled up, blistered and leaked fluid, which was not pleasant. The bed was so hard, like sleeping on the floor or a board. A mattress topper would definitely be a good addition. The kitchen counters were always covered with tiny spiders or ants which we continually had to clean away. The TV wasn't accessible as it has a lock code on it, and the contacts managing the place had no idea what it was or how to remove it."

"Pros: Condo was nice. Had everything we needed. Loved the patio. Great location re beach and restaurants.
Cons: Mattress was a tiny bit hard so not too comfortable. Not enough towels proviided. Two for each person would’ve been good at least."

"Pros: This is our 2nd year we have stayed at this unit for many reasons. It has a great location with orient beach directly across the road. Also the Orient village grocery stores and a excellent selection of restaurants are a short 5 min walk. The upstairs bedroom has a large balcony and wonderful views of the beach. There are 2 large pools, Great for cooling off an the end of the day. The unit is unbelievably well stocked. It even has beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The unit has been recently been totally remodeled and is very clean and modern. It is the perfect unit in a perfect location on Orient beach. Definitely plan to return.
Cons: It would be nice to have additional beach and bath towels."
