"Pros: The flat is great, pretty comfortable and silent. Great views, especially at night. Everything is new and design is amazing Cons: You can't use AC in February - why? It gets really hot there during the daylight, which generously heats the apartment and makes it feel like an oven. When asked about AC, I was explained to open the windows. That wasn't the best solution, because in Rzeszów in winter it's actually pretty smoggy, so you also let smog go inside your flat... Which only gives you one of two options: be hot, or breathe the smog inside of apartment" ~Vølødya

"Pros: We spent 5 nights here and generally we liked the stay. - The apartment is as new and modern as the whole building. - Appliances work, and the water flow is good. - TV has Netflix/Youtube and works fast. - There is a pizza restaurant, great georgian bakery, and a coffee shop just below the building, as well as two convenience stores. Huge shopping mall and supermarkets are within walking distance. - Nice walking/biking trail along the river. The city center is accessible by foot. Beautiful window view. - Good security: code access to the lobby and a security guard at the lobby desk. - The host kindly provided an extra blanket at our request. Cons: There are indeed some things that need improvement: - Add a bit more kitchen utensils, paper towels, and basic seasonings like oil/salt/pepper. - There is a great place to cook but no place to have a meal: add either kitchen stools or a larger coffee table next to the sofa. - The shower glass panel needs to be sealed so the water doesn't get all over the floor. Add a squeegee or a mop. - Add a drying rack for washed clothes. - The bed is quite narrow, might be tight for two full adults. But if you are both lean then you are fine. The blanket is also narrow, would be better to provide an extra one." ~Oleksandr
