"Pros: The staff was very accomodating. They allowed us to check-in early to be able to work from Musanze for the day and also allowed for late check-out to be able to shower quickly after visiting the gorilla's. The breakfast was very nice. Cons: The fridge in the appartment was not functioning at the time of visit, but the staff was very friendly and stored our cheese in the fridge of the restaurant!" ~Dienek

"Pros: Good location ( but difficult to find if travelling without tour guide) and great link with gorilla tour people. Really friendly, pleasant staff. Cons: Hotel rooms are roomy but need a bit of an overhaul. Lighting in particular needs improved. Hot water was a bit hit and miss. English ( like most of Rwanda - limited)" ~Gerard
