Guests are required to verify their identity by providing a scanned copy or passport photo (first page and registration, as well as a photo of their face).

Guests are also required to pay a security deposit in the amount of RUB 2000.00 prior to arrival. The security deposit is required to ensure the safety of property and compliance with the rules of residence. The deposit is returned during the day of departure, when the maid takes over the apartment. The administrator will send all the necessary information.
