The Hotel has 99 rooms, which can accommodate 168 guests of our city.
The hotel building is ten-storey, brick, built on an individual project. Six upper floors are occupied by rooms for guests. On the ground floor is a lobby, a café – bar. On the second floor is a beauty salon and the hotel administration.
Each of the rooms (blocks) equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay: TV, fridge, Desk, wardrobe, a bathroom with shower.
The hotel is conveniently located on the border of the residential part of the city and Park area with lake and river water, which creates favorable conditions for work and leisure living.
We always warmly welcome guests of our city. It is a scientific delegation, the participants of sports competitions, corporate entertainment events, as well as people just coming to relax from the city fuss in nature.
