"Pros: The apartment was clean, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, it was quiet and with good sleep after a long business meeting. The parking space was a great advantage, and being on the 10th floor provided a decent city view. Just a 20-30 minute walk to the city center (Union Square/Piata Unirii), making it easy to explore on foot. Communication with the host was easy, and they were very friendly and helpful. Cons: The apartment itself was very clean and well-located, which we appreciated. However, upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a strong sewage odor. Since only two of us stayed, the second bedroom and bathroom were locked (which is understandable), but the smell could have been minimized if the host had run water in the unused bathroom’s drains or sink/shower. We tried airing out the apartment, burned some candles, which helped slightly, but the unpleasant smell would return every few hours—quite surprising for a new building. It’s a shame because the place had so much potential—spotless, convenient parking, and a great view. So, I think 3 or 4 person is ok to rent the apartment because you have access to all bathrooms and using them will help you get rid of the smell." ~Alexandru
