"Pros: The room was great, spacious and clean, including a sitting area with a couch, and a balcony with a little table and chairs. Great location right in the center of town.
Cons: The a/c remote was missing and I was unable to control the room temperature myself, I had to get in touch with the staff who did it remotely (the next day).
The coffee kettle was extremely dirty, and needed a thorough cleaning (inside)."

"Pros: This was a fantastic stay, the apartment is central (yet quiet!) just behind the memorial to the victims of communism. The whole building is spotlessly clean, everything shines. The beds were really comfortable. The small kitchen is just lovely, with everything you need and more. The person on the phone was friendly, really kind and willing to help (thank you!). Great value for the price. (Italians will be happy to know that... c'è il bidet!!)
