Although our room (family apartment) would earn of some upgrade of the doors, floors, furniture and internal lightning - I cannot find anything negative.
Just wish success to the hosts and they will definitively do their hotel even better in the future.
Cons: It's not for the hotel, but - the tap water has a very specific smell, like it (water) is going directly from the lake, which (I hope) isn't.
The water supply or additional water treatment should be in priority for future investments in this hotel."

Cons: There is not much space for putting your clothes just chest of drawers. A good kitchen knife that actually cuts would be useful. There is no cleaning during your stay which is ok if you stay for a few nights. Pool is tiny just to stay and enjoy the lake view"
