"Pros: The furniture is quite new, the flat looks nice. Cons: I initially booked this flat for 2 nights and had planned to extend my stay for another 3, but unfortunately I had to leave early due to how uncomfortable it was. The flat has no proper heating—only an AC unit that does very little to warm the bedroom. I was freezing at night, and there were no extra blankets or even basic items like slippers to help stay warm. The shower cabin was in poor condition—dirty and full of limescale—and not what you’d expect from a listing like this. The kitchen was also poorly equipped: no towels or paper towels, so even basic cooking or cleaning required a trip to the shop. When I contacted the host to explain the lack of essentials, their response was dismissive, saying the flat wasn’t advertised as offering them. While it might technically list a heater, the reality is that it doesn’t provide adequate heat. When I mentioned I expected more from a 4-star property, they told me the 4 stars came from previous guests, not from them. That says a lot about their approach to customer service. It’s a real shame, because the flat itself has potential. But with such poor hospitality and a lack of basic comfort, I cannot recommend it." ~Alina
