"Pros: 1. Superb location, near forest and with bus station in front of the hotel.Quiet and peaceful location with fresh air. Located in a resort with many hotels but in prime location with very accessible and warm architecture -easily accessible facilities. Cons: long que to book appointments for massage and balneotherapy.lack of receptionist at booking therapies desk. Lack of personnel for cosmetic treatment, lack of consideration from management about having to book appointments a week in advance. Lack of internal phone line ( was not working) and lack of possibility to book therapy appointments by phone. I also found this booking system cumbersome and primitive." ~Dacia
