"Pros: The location was just about 10 minutes' walk to the university I visited, so very convenient. It is also an excellent neighborhood. Cons: Well, there are still room for improvement in terms of facilities. Firstly, the kitchen. May be a rice cooker and a food processor will come in handy. Secondly, only one room had an air conditioner. The other room should be fitted with one. I foresee one of the occupants complaining during the hot summer season. I do not know if there is central heating/cooling system since the room I was occupying was warm during the cold weather even though it had no visible heater." ~Stephen

"Pros: Absolutely insane deal, this apartment is so cheap and it has to be one of the best apartments i’ve stayed in value wise, Definitely will come back here again. Cons: Only issue was getting to the apartment, searched for around 45 mins until i finally found it. A birds eye view of the location would be very useful." ~Denis
