"Pros: Very close to shops, restaurants, pools and beach. Parking wasn’t a problem cause I found a parking spot free just around the corner. Everything was just as in the photos, even better we found detergent and hairdryer in the bathroom sink cupboard in our last day which was brilliant as we had lots of dirty clothes from the kids. No need to worry about losing your keys cause the lock is with entry code which is something new for Romania. Don’t think I’ll have anything bad to write about this apartment or the host Geanina who texted us every day asking how we feel and if we need anything. Cons: I doubt anyone will find something they didn’t like about this apartment." ~Gabriel-adrian

"Pros: The location and the overall layout of the facility was as in the pictures. There were four of us, so we had extra sheets, pillows and towels. Kitchen was staffed with enough cutlery and pans, but it did not have any kitchen towels, and it made it challenging to dry dishes. Cons: The place does not have a parking spot! Be sure to check before you book. (this was my mistake, so we found parking in the street). The hanger behind the door fell off the wall (could not use it) the big light in the bathroom did not work (very dim light in the bathroom) and the kitchen fan was broken (fell off) - this was day one. Day two, we run out of toilet paper (ended up buying our own) and day three - the water shut off. I was taking a shower, and the water shut off (shampoo in my head, so no rinse. The water came back 2 hours later, and the hosts said it was from the main pipe at the resort and the recommendation is - try to avoid taking showers between 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM because everybody is doing this hence no water - sorry but this is so Romanian. I corresponded with the host via text and told her all about the broken items and missing toilet paper and she kept sending me to this app to fill things in and submit a request. She could have done that, but she chose not to. In the end we bought our own toilet paper and extra paper towels. Also - there were no rugs except for a very small one 12 cmx 20 cm at the entry door; all the sand from the beach got into the entire place so we needed to keep sweeping - there needs to be a better system to manage this." ~Marioara
