"Pros: Complex was very nice and room overlooking the pool was good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. A particularly shout out to Gishan, who was our waiter and looked after us with a big smile every time we sat down to drink or eat. He even made us a special breakfast on our last day which was both unexpected and a lovey surprise. Thanks Gishan. Top bloke. The food was excellent. We did half board and the evening meals were top class. The coffee at breakfast was excellent. We had a great guy come and see us in the evening to arrange boat trips and so on. Very helpful and friendly. Did not catch his name, but thanks. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. Being from the UK continental breakfasts are not something we are into. And would have liked some croissants, but as stated above. They went the extra mile to look after all our eating needs." ~Melissa

"Pros: Smart new room. Nice peaceful setting. Good recommendations for river trip by owner/manager on the phone. Cons: On site staff didn't seem very happy to be there. Resort lacked atmosphere when we visited mid September. Perhaps it improves in the summer?" ~Mark
