"Pros: Scenery is breathtaking. Rooms and bathrooms are very big and clean. Plenty of parking places available. They have a playground for the kids, a mini-football court. The spa with swimming pool is very nice (but you need to pay it separately). Cons: Reception staff never answers the internal phone (we called 5 times in different days, different times). They have no shower curtains in the bathroom and it's annoying to have water all over the floor. Many of the equipment around needs maintenance (e.g. a few wooden planks were missing and screws could injure someone at the mini-football court, many of the electrical connections were done by non-professional electricians and they should be rewired)" ~Ciosti
