"Pros: Nice atmosphere in the restaurant and good food. Cons: We stayed two nights in Valea Verde, and it was our third or fourth visit there. It was cold in the first evening. We managed to start the fire in the stove thanks to the wood left for fire, however it was still quite cold in the rooms and bathrooms. Sauna was closed to Christmas cleaning. "Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kokel, and I cannot express how satisfied we were with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, especially from the lovely lady at the reception who made us feel right at home. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any questions or requests truly set the tone for our stay. The accommodation was fantastic! Our room clean, and had everything that you need. The bathroom was also clean. The bed was comfortable for sleeping The Spa was also great. It's small but again everything was very clean and was very warm. Breakfast was another delightful aspect of our stay. The buffet was rich and varied, offering a wide selection of delicious options to suit all tastes. A big plus for us was that our dog was warmly welcomed at the hotel and Baum Restaurant. This made our stay even more enjoyable, knowing our furry friend was included in our getaway." ~Sandra
