"Pros: Spacious apartment, at the ground floor; able to access it from the outside via the balcony hence very easy to reach out to the car for all the luggages. Cons: There was an unexpected issue with the central heating; although the host tried hard to solve it, it was unpleasant and pretty cold for the kids. We couldn't move as it was already late in the night, we have unpacked some of the stuff and it would have been an nextra effort to move with the 2 kids. The issue got self resolved close to the midnight. I would have appreciated if the host would have applied a discount for the inconvenience caused, but it was not the case." ~Cristina
