"Pros: It's a brand new building in a new area. We were the first clients there and was just great. The beach is like 12 minutes drive. 2 minutes drive you have a good restaurant and Penny. 7 minutes away is a Cherhana in Ovidiu, on the Siutghiol Lake. Nice area, parking space on site. Large balcony with the livingroom and we spent a few nice evenings there and another balcony with the master bedroom. 2 bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and one on the hallway for the second bedroom." ~Alexandru-madalin
